Refund and Exchange policy:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, this however only applies to broken or faulty products.
How to return products
First of all, please contact us to obtain a returns form, which you'll need to print and fill out and send back with your products. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. The original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
